Bruno Tognolini was born in Cagliari in 1951. He got his degree at DAMS in Bologna in 1979, and has been living there ever since. He spent many years working for the theatre and now is a full-time novelist, writing books for children but also for adults. Since 1991 has written a dozen novels, short stories and poems for children.
