Patrizia Ferrante was born in Milan in 1961. She has worked with Claudio Cecchetto on the editorial project of Radio Deejay and then has founded the Prodesign Studio which deals with graphic design in the record industry. She has won several international literary prizes, she dabbles in writing short novels and screenplays for shorts. She loves literature, athletic workout which she hardly ever misses and she likes sharing her free time with old friends. Passo dopo passo is her first novel.
