Roberto D’Incau, milanese, 47 years old, is one of most successful Italian ‘Head Hunters’. After a brilliant career in the publishing and advertising business, just before turning forty, he experienced the unrelenting urge to change and he discovered his real passion: human resources. He became the manager of an international headhunting company. Recently he founded his own consulting company HR, www.langpartners.it.

Rosa Tessa, a professional journalist, has worked for various papers, such as Il Sole 24 Ore, Italia Oggi, La Repubblica Affari e Finanza, editing a section on fashion and design, writing articles on current and cultural affairs. She now works with newspapers owned by Mondadori Group.
